We absolutely loved coming here last winter and have been back twice this past week. Our last visit wasn't so great due to people smoking cigarettes in the room next to us. What made it worse was the gal working that night, who also smokes , was in there with them. It smelled so bad of cigarettes that we left early because it gave us both headaches because we aren't smokers. Hopefully our next visit is like all the times before . Great staff, clean rooms, and the water is always at the perfect temperature.

I’ve been to Springfield Spas a handful of times. Every experience has been wonderful! The staff are very welcoming and kind, upon arrival and all throughout the visit. It’s a wonderful place to go when in search of peaceful relaxation. The owner is very intentional with the way they run their business, and that’s something I appreciate. It’s sanitary, comfortable, and relaxing. I would recommend you visit especially on the chilly days!

This place far exceeds the quality and cleanliness of their competitors in Eugene. Stephani is an awesome host/front desk person who makes the whole experience awesome, be sure to tip her well! She is what makes that place run so smoothly. It's hard to get someone on the phone on their busy days, but it's worth the effort. I would definitely recommend this place!

Love this place! The hot tubs are reasonably priced and always clean. They have a great rewards program. They offer towels, drinks, ash trays. The lady who runs the place is very sweet and laid back. And an important note for any cat lovers out there- there is a cute orange cat that often comes out of the office and greets you when you arrive to check in! 😻

Came here frequently starting over a year ago. Had an outstanding crew and great atmosphere. As everything in life, things change. They have a specific staff member that apparently thinks it is okay to yell and call customer names. When my girl called the manager, she was told that unfortunately it is hard to hire people. Also was mentioned that there were previous incidents that had to be approached with this person. The manager stated they would talk it over with the owner, the managers mother, and call my girl back the next day. No call and even waited an extra day. If a company keeps people on staff they know to be a problem, it is neglect in the eyes of the law if or when something happens with said employee. If they are willing to risk their business and it's reputation on person known to have had issues with others, how much can I trust them with my information? Not to mention that if keeping this person on duty is because they can't find a replacement just to keep the money flowing, what is to say that all the behind the scenes cleaning and treating of the jacuzzi's are kept up? I moved on, especially after finding out this was not the first time.

I have been here twice, and both times, it was apparent that these folks have no idea how to run a business, or what customer service is. Made an appointment shortly after they opened both times for later in the evening. Both times, the sauna was not turned on in time to reach temperature, or not turned on at all, and there were no tubs available even though we had an appointment the last time. They had the audacity to ask if we wanted to come back later. No. Because I scheduled an appointment! Thanks for ruining date night with my husband twice guys! Onsen will be getting all of my future business, because they at least have their stuff together. Do better Springfield Spas!
